An eCigarette or vape, is an electronic device that convert flavoured e-liquid (eJuice) into vapour.

When you take a puff from a Nordic Light® vape, the battery is automatically activated, heating up the coil, that in turn heats up the flavoured eJuice. The eJuice is converted into vapour or damp, when inhaled, and vaporises when exhaled.

Tobacco cigarettes contains tobacco, and represent a severe threat to your health. Vape does not contain tobacco, only nicotine and approved additives.

Nordic Light® eJuice is consists of; pharmaceutical grade nicotine, mixed with food-grade FDA and EU approved additives such as flavour, Propylene Glycol (PG) E 1520 and Vegetable Glycerin (VG) E 422.

PG and VG are used to distribute and balance the nicotine and flavourings in the eJuice.

Propylene Glycol makes the vapor or damp and is classified as GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration in the USA) and is i.e. used in food, medicine, and to make special effects in movies and theatres and in smoke-machines in nightclubs since the 80’ies.

Propylene Glycol is an organic compound, with low viscosity and an ability to absorb flavours. High level of PG in eJuice, creates a concentrated taste.

Vegetable Glycerin is like the name suggest an organic compound derived from plants, with high viscosity, making the eJuice thicker in consistency. High level of VG, makes a rounder and sweeter taste and produce a thicker vape cloud.

All ingredients are listed on the product packaging and user manual. Our eJuice is produced in EU, following the EU TPD regulations and our ethical standard, following our Norwegian origin and heritage.

Sometimes we add components that are promoting the eJuice, like Cream, Ice Mint and Nicotine Salt.

Rest assure that we use only high-quality additives in our eJuice. We do not use; Acetoin, Acetyl Propionyl, Diacetyl, Diethylene Glycol, Ethylene Glycol.

Nicotine Salts is an additive that helps the nicotine gets faster to your bloodstream, mimicking the nicotine kick you get from a tobacco cigarette.

It gives an intense and immediate vaping experience and satisfaction.

A Dry Puff, is a term used in the eCigarette industry to describe a burned coil.
A burned coil will only happen if you overheat the battery or puff on your eCigarette when it is empty for e-liquid.

You will not get Dry Puffs of the smart Nordic Light® No3. The Smart No3 will switch off the battery if it gets over heated, or if you go out of eJuice in the ePod.

An ePod is a capsule containing the eJuice, as well as the mouthpiece and the coil, especially developed for Nordic Light® devices.

The smart ePod concept makes it easy and intuitive, as the only thing you need to do is change the ePod when it is empty, and recharge the battery. No button, no changing of coils, no spill – just take a puff and you are good to go.

Nordic Light® offers a range of flavours and strength, and will also widen our strength and flavours in the future.

Available flavours for the Nordic Light® No3, are:

Tobacco in 0mg and 20mg

Menthol in 0mg and 20mg

Strawberry in 0mg and 20mg

Blueberry in 0mg and 12mg

Nordic Light® No3 is equipped with two small windows on each side. This is for easy check of the eJuice level.

If in doubt, please pull out the ePod from the battery to check your eJuice level.

When empty, simply replace with a new ePod.

No. The ePod is a closed pod concept, especially developed for a perfect balance of the eJuice flavour and strength. Do not try to refill the ePod, as it may damage both the ePod and the battery and void your warranty.

Do not use ePods if the seal on the ePod box is broken, or if the rubber caps on both side of the ePod is missing, or if the ePod is leaking eJuice.

No. The Nordic Light® No3 and the Nordic Light® No3 ePod is especially developed for a perfect balance and a safe vaping experience.



Store in normal temperature, away from the sun, and from hot or cold environments. Keep out of reach of children and animals.

When you buy a Nordic Light® vape, the battery is partly charged, so you can start vaping immediately. However, we recommend to top-charge your battery before using it, as it will give you the best experience.

For your safety, and to safeguard your warranty, use only Nordic Light® No3 charger to charge the Nordic Light® No3 battery.

If the Led light on the device flashes it is time to charge the battery.
For your safety, the led light will flash if the battery gets too hot, or if it is time to change the ePod.

If the battery is hot, just let it cool down.

Check the ePod for eJuice by pulling it out of the battery. If you have eJuice in the ePod, then it is time to charge the battery.

From 40 to 60 minutes.

When fully charged the No3 will last for approximately one full ePod. Depending on your usage, this should be sufficient for one whole day.

Some of our consumers prefer to purchase 2 batteries, as they always want to have one fully charged. Even though our No3 is fully charged within 60 minutes.

Do not use your device while it is charging.

The Nordic Light® No3 charging time is less than 60 minutes. Some of our members prefer to have two sets of Nordic Light No3 batteries, so they always have a fully charged No3 at hand.

The batteries are Li-Ion batteries, the same type of batteries that you have in your cell-phone. Just like your cell-phone they will deteriorate over time.

The Nordic Light® No3 battery will last approximately one year, depending on the usage, charging procedure and how you take care of the device.

Overcharging, tampering, exposure to heat or cold environment over time, will all deteriorate the battery faster than normal use. It will also void your warranty.

No. You should only use the Nordic Light® No3 USB Charger unit. And only in reliable power sources. Do not use speed chargers.

You can purchase a new charger on our webshop, www.nordiclight.net or at our certified retailers.

Use a dry cloth or dry paper. Do not use soap or water.

Please check the following:

Did you take a puff that last for more than 10 seconds?

Let it rest for a while, as it automatically shuts down, for your safety.

Is the battery hot to touch?

Then let it cool down and try again. It shut down when overheated, for your safety.

Do you have eJuice left in the ePod?

Pull the ePod out of the battery, to check.

If empty – please replace with a new No3 ePod.

Are you out of battery?

The Led light should flash when you take a puff.

Please charge for up-to 60 minutes and try again.

Is the battery dead?

If the battery do not charge, following the instructions, then the battery is most likely worn out. Battery life is about 12 months, depending on usage. Please replace the battery.

If you overcharge or overuse, the battery will be overheated. If your device feels hot to touch, stop charging or puffing, and do not use it. Let it cool down before you use it again.

Do not leave the Nordic Light® No3 in the sun or in a heated environment.

Do not use or try to charge a No3 that has been in water or submerged in other liquids. For your own safety, you must replace both battery and ePod.

Try these troubleshooting solutions:

Check that the battery and charger are connected the right way. The charger cable is magnetic and will only work one way - when correctly in contact with the charging points at the end of the battery.

The Led light on the charger shall light red when charging and blue when fully charged.

Check that the connection between the USB charger and your charging source is satisfying. If in doubt, try to charge your phone on this USB charging source.

Check the connecting points on the battery end and the charger, and dry off with a dry cloth or paper.

Take out the ePod and dry off the ePod and the corresponding connection points on the battery.

If you have tried the above points and it still does not charge, and the Led light on the charger is red, try to charge for 24 hours.

The Nordic Light® No3, is a smart and small device which produce a lot of vapour. But you can not compare it to larger open tank vapes which produce clouds of vapour.

If you experience less vapour than normally with the No3, please check the following:

Does the LED light flash?
If so, please charge the battery.

Do you have eJuice in the ePod?
If empty, please replace with a full ePod .

You might cover the ventilation wholes.
Please try to hold the No3 in another way.

Check the contact points between the ePod and the battery, for dirt or moisture.
If any, please dry off with a dry cloth or paper.

Check the mouthpiece intake whole for dirt.
If any, try to get it out.

If non of the above points solve the issue, please try to replace the ePod with a new.
